Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026
The service
Lycanthropia is an online multiplayer werewolf game, played in the browser. By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms.
The game is in active development: features may change, and service interruptions or loss of progress may happen. We do our best, with no guarantee of permanent availability.
Publisher
The Lycanthropia website and game are published by Quentin Bretelle, a sole trader operating under the trade name Antre Digital, registered under SIREN 940 308 737, in Chauvigny (86), France. Publication director: Quentin Bretelle. Contact: contact@lycanthropia.gg.
The website is hosted by Vercel, the game server by Railway, and accounts and game data by Supabase.
Your account
- You must be 15 or older (or have the consent of a parent or guardian).
- An account is personal: don't lend it, don't sell it.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account.
- Your username is visible to everyone: no insulting or hateful usernames, and no impersonating others.
Code of conduct
Lycanthropia is a bluffing game: lying about your role is part of the game! However, the following are forbidden:
- Insults, harassment, hateful or discriminatory speech in the chat.
- Cheating: exploiting bugs, automation, multiple accounts in the same game, sharing role information outside the game (stream sniping, parallel voice calls to cheat).
- Spam and advertising.
- Any attempt to compromise the security of the service.
In case of a breach, we may issue a warning, a temporary suspension or close the account, depending on severity.
Loudors (virtual currency)
- Loudors are a virtual currency usable only in Lycanthropia, for cosmetic items (characters, appearances…). They have no real monetary value.
- They cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged or converted into money.
- Unlocked items are a licence to use them in the game, not property you can resell.
- If an account is closed for cheating or abuse, the associated Loudors and items are lost without refund.
Our commercial charter
These commitments are part of these terms: we stand by them.
- No in-game advantage. Nothing we sell changes a game: no paid roles, no extra information, no experience or ranking boosts.
- No paid randomness. No chests, no loot boxes, no draws. You always know exactly what you're buying.
- No purchase above €19.99 ($19.99 or £17.99 depending on your currency).
- No forced waiting between games, paid or not.
- No fake urgency. Countdowns and struck-through prices match real, dated offers.
- What is announced as exclusive stays exclusive. An item presented as permanently unavailable will never be sold again, in any form.
Purchases and withdrawal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in your country's currency: US dollars in the United States, pounds sterling in the United Kingdom, euros everywhere else (Stripe may then offer to let you pay in your local currency, at the exchange rate it shows). The price shown is the final price: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The exact amount to pay is always shown before you confirm the payment.
If you are a minor, you must get your parents' or guardian's consent before any purchase.
Since Loudors are digital content supplied immediately after payment, you expressly agree, at the time of purchase, to their immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Outside this case, refunds remain possible where the law requires it (for example if content was not delivered because of a technical error, write to us).
Golden Wolf subscription
The Golden Wolf subscription costs €4.99 per month ($4.99 in the United States, £4.49 in the United Kingdom), final price. It has no minimum commitment: you can cancel it at any time.
Each month it gives you 600 Loudors, credited as soon as the payment is accepted, plus display and comfort perks described in the shop. In line with our charter, none of these perks changes a game.
Renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month, on the anniversary date of the subscription, until you cancel it. Each payment triggers an invoice sent by Stripe.
Cancellation. It is done online, at any time, from Settings > Account (“Manage my subscription”) or from the Loudors page of the shop (“Manage”): these buttons open your billing area, where you can end the subscription in a few clicks (article L.215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep your perks until that date, and no further payment is taken. The current month is not refunded pro rata.
Your Loudors are yours to keep. Loudors granted by the subscription, and items bought with them, stay on your account permanently after cancellation.
Declined payment. If a payment fails, perks are suspended until it is settled. Stripe makes several attempts and notifies you by email; without settlement, the subscription ends.
Withdrawal. Since the month's Loudors are supplied immediately, you expressly agree, at the time of subscribing, to the immediate performance of the subscription and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Changes to the offer. The price and content of the subscription may change. Any change will be announced to you at least one month in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A change never applies to a period already paid.
Intellectual property
The game, its universe, graphics, 3D models, music and code are protected. You may broadcast your games (streaming, videos), it's even encouraged, but you may not reuse elements of the game outside that context without prior agreement.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damage linked to using the game (loss of progress, unavailability, content posted by other players in the chat). Nothing in these terms excludes the statutory guarantees you benefit from as a consumer.
Closing your account
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, from Settings > Account, or by writing to contact@lycanthropia.gg. We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of these terms, or end the service (with reasonable notice shown on the website).
Changes and governing law
These terms may change along with the game; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. They are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: contact@lycanthropia.gg.
These terms are written in French. They may be offered in other languages to make them easier to read; if a translation differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
